JANELLY ROSENDO
ARTIST STATEMENT
cultures of different neighborhoods in New York.
I make digital photography. What is special, to me,
is that pictures can have different significances to
others. I show what I value and find interesting; I try
to find things that others might not take notice of.
I tend to work in color photography, allowing the
colors to emphasize my ideas. I am influenced by
photographers Janice Chung and Ming Smith.
